I grew up in a small town in Central Texas. It was one of those towns that you just can't wait to get out of when you're young, yet you learn to appreciate it once you've finally left it. I moved to Lubbock after living in Abilene, where I attended McMurry University and ran track for two years.
I graduated from Texas Tech in 2012 with my Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, and I am now pursuing my Master's degree. I have worked for the Athletic Department for a little over three years in ticket sales, but before that I was a member of the Tech Athletics Marketing Street Team and Delta Gamma. While in Delta Gamma, I served as Director of Public Relations and Vice President of Membership.
